Receiving information
After reviewing your application or request, we agree on the terms of reference and the requirements for the technology stack, as well as form the architecture of a new project or analyze and fully immerse ourselves in the state of the current one, depending on the final goal we want to achieve.

Forming the team
For each project, we form a team of necessary specialists with professional skills, competence, knowledge, and qualifications. Scrump is responsible for managing participant engagement, motivation, and adherence to the project plan.

Agreeing on a work plan
We estimate development deadlines, dividing them into monthly or weekly stages, and choose a methodology — scrum or agile. This method avoids miscommunication between the parties and will ensure that each specialist's deadlines are strictly adhered to.

Identifying the tools
We always work on unique solutions and use the technological stack according to the requirements of our clients: in the back-end — TypeScript, Nodejs, NestJs, MongoDB, Nats, Docker, Kubernetes; in the front-end — SASS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Redux, Lottie. We'll build a decentralized system on the Tezos multistage blockchain architecture.

The beginning of works
We compose and conduct the decomposition of tasks, and estimate the time needed to implement each task. We proceed to project development or completion of agreed-upon tasks. At the end of each completed release, a progress report is provided.
